SHIPWRECK DIVING 

The C-56 SWW Gun Boat Juan Escutia 150 feet long is the only boat that is complete and retains its original size in the area, we do the dives inside the shipwreck, observing the engine rooms and the gunboat corridors. The boat is habitat of barracudas, lobsters, turtles, eagle rays and many other species of marine life that can make your sunken boat diving experience truly fascinating. We combine this wreck dive with a second dive on a reef and you can choose to dive at 55-60 or 30 feet deep, this is done inside the Puerto Morelos marine park. 

This dive is considered advanced, as it is a little more demanding than the other dives due to the depth and current that can be strong on some days. 

SCHEDULE 7:45 am Lets have fun! Pick up time

We have round-trip transportation in our vans, included in the package. The driver will be waiting to take you directly to our departure point in Puerto Morelos. Time approx 20-25 minutes to Puerto Morelos. Where the boat will be ready to take you diving.

8:15 am On our way

On the way the Puerto Morelos your instructor will some quick paperwork, ask you for your diving cards and last immertions. The diving equipment will be ready at the boat. 

8:30 am Lets do some diving 

The dive site is only 10 minutes away, in that time we prepare the diving equipment while the instructor makes the dive plan with you. The first dive is in the shipwreck, 85-90 feet deep, 3 decks, engine room and good marine fauna. The second dive on the reef, 55-60 or 30 feet deep with beautiful coral reefs and many other species of marine life. In winter we have eagle rays in the wreck, it is something spectacular. We guarantee excellent quality equipment, first class instructors and excellent dives to remember.

*With at least 1 diver we have trips every day.

*Our instructors speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Japanese.

12:30 -1 pm Back to your hotel 

Our driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel. We carry a portable shower to rinse off the salt water. We appreciate the confidence placed in us.
